Meadow Pointe from the late 90s, Seven Oaks from the 2000s, Estancia and Union Park from the 2010s, Epperson still going up. Different decades, same story: a good floor plan and a kitchen chosen off a builder's option sheet. We build the version you would have chosen.
Kitchens, bathrooms and custom walk-in closets — the same custom cabinetry and tile work you see on our Tampa pages, built in Wesley Chapel homes.
LED shelving, dedicated hanging zones, shoe and handbag displays, built-in drawers. A boutique inside your own house.
See closets →Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, islands and full layout changes — the room the whole house revolves around.
See kitchens →Frameless glass showers, freestanding tubs, custom tile and double vanities — waterproofed to Florida code.
See bathrooms →Wesley Chapel is master-planned from end to end. Meadow Pointe and Lexington Oaks date to the late 1990s and are the first ones due for a real kitchen and bath overhaul. Seven Oaks houses are 15–20 years in. Estancia at Wiregrass and Union Park are newer and mostly want closets and bathroom upgrades the builder never offered. Epperson and Watergrass owners call us before the builder's warranty even ends, for the walk-in closet that was drawn on the plan but delivered with wire shelving.
Our Wesley Chapel work is 20–25 minutes from our shop, so we are there every morning. Kitchens: cabinets to the ceiling, islands with seating, quartz, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting. Bathrooms: garden tub out, walk-in shower in, double vanity built to the wall. Closets: full built-in systems with LED lighting. Pasco County permits where plumbing, electrical or structure change; those trades are done by licensed plumbers and electricians.
Kitchens, bathrooms and closets from Tampa Bay homes. Every photo is our work — no stock images, no subcontracted crews.
One job at a time, the owner on site, and a fixed number before we start. Same process in Wesley Chapel as in Tampa.
Tell us the room, the rough idea and your timeline. You talk to Iosbert, the owner — not a call center.
We come to your house (about 20–25 minutes from our shop), measure, look at what is behind the walls and give you a real number — not a range off a website.
Cabinet layout, tile, countertops, fixtures. You approve every selection before anything is ordered.
Our own crew, one job at a time, plumbing and electrical by licensed trades. We leave the house clean and walk every detail with you.
Yes. Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Estancia, Union Park, Epperson and Watergrass are all 20–30 minutes from our shop. No travel fee.
Yes. A built-in closet system is millwork attached to the walls — it does not touch plumbing, electrical or structure, so it has no effect on a structural or systems warranty. We do this in Epperson and Union Park homes regularly.
Pasco County. Cosmetic work needs none. Moving plumbing or electrical, or opening a wall, does — the licensed plumber and electrician we bring in pull their own, and we coordinate the rest.
Most custom walk-ins we build run $3,500–$8,000 depending on size, drawers and lighting; a reach-in upgrade is $1,500–$3,500 and a boutique dressing room with an island starts around $10,000. The estimate is free and in person, so the number you get is real.
