Clearwater houses are older and built harder — concrete block, stucco, terrazzo on slab, from the 1950s through the Countryside build-out of the 70s and 80s. Remodeling them right takes people who have opened those walls before. We have.
Kitchens, bathrooms and custom walk-in closets — the same custom cabinetry and tile work you see on our Tampa pages, built in Clearwater homes.
Frameless glass showers, freestanding tubs, custom tile and double vanities — waterproofed to Florida code.
See bathrooms →Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, islands and full layout changes — the room the whole house revolves around.
See kitchens →LED shelving, dedicated hanging zones, shoe and handbag displays, built-in drawers. A boutique inside your own house.
See closets →Clearwater East and the older streets near downtown are 1950s and 60s concrete-block ranches; Countryside was master-planned in the 70s along US 19 and most of its homes are block ranches from the 70s and 80s. Kitchens in these houses are small, closed off and short on outlets; bathrooms have a single 5-foot tub-shower and a vanity from the same year as the house. Island Estates, Belleair and the beach side add condos and waterfront homes with their own rules.
Block houses reward a good remodel: the structure is solid, so the money goes into the room. Typical Clearwater jobs: opening a galley kitchen to the living area, cabinets to the ceiling with quartz, a proper walk-in shower in place of the tub, and closet systems in bedrooms that were never built with real storage. Pinellas County or City of Clearwater permits where plumbing, electrical or structure change — those trades by licensed plumbers and electricians. Condo work follows the association's rules and hours.
Kitchens, bathrooms and closets from Tampa Bay homes. Every photo is our work — no stock images, no subcontracted crews.
One job at a time, the owner on site, and a fixed number before we start. Same process in Clearwater as in Tampa.
Tell us the room, the rough idea and your timeline. You talk to Iosbert, the owner — not a call center.
We come to your house (about 30–35 minutes from our shop), measure, look at what is behind the walls and give you a real number — not a range off a website.
Cabinet layout, tile, countertops, fixtures. You approve every selection before anything is ordered.
Our own crew, one job at a time, plumbing and electrical by licensed trades. We leave the house clean and walk every detail with you.
Yes. Clearwater, Countryside, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Largo and Belleair are 30–35 minutes from our shop via the Courtney Campbell. We schedule Pinellas jobs to be there every morning, same as Tampa. No travel fee.
Yes. We work within the association's hours, elevator and protection rules, and we handle the flooring-underlayment and plumbing requirements most Clearwater condo boards have. Bring the association's remodel guidelines to the estimate and we plan around them.
Usually. Interior block walls are often non-structural, but some carry the roof — we check during the free estimate. If it is load-bearing we price a beam; if not, it comes out and the galley kitchen becomes an open one.
Inside city limits it is the City of Clearwater; unincorporated areas like parts of Countryside are Pinellas County. Cosmetic work needs no permit. Plumbing, electrical and structural changes do, and the licensed trades we bring in pull their own.
