Kenwood has 125 blocks of 1920s Craftsman bungalows. Old Northeast has 2,200 historic homes. Shore Acres and Snell Isle are mid-century and waterfront. None of them came with a walk-in closet, and most still have the second kitchen ever installed. That is our kind of work.
Kitchens, bathrooms and custom walk-in closets — the same custom cabinetry and tile work you see on our Tampa pages, built in St. Petersburg homes.
Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, islands and full layout changes — the room the whole house revolves around.
See kitchens →Frameless glass showers, freestanding tubs, custom tile and double vanities — waterproofed to Florida code.
See bathrooms →LED shelving, dedicated hanging zones, shoe and handbag displays, built-in drawers. A boutique inside your own house.
See closets →St. Petersburg is the oldest housing stock we work in. Historic Kenwood is one of the largest concentrations of Craftsman bungalows in Florida, built 1912–1945. The Old Northeast has 2,200 single-family homes from the same era. Shore Acres, Snell Isle and the south side are 1950s–70s block ranches, many on the water. These houses have small original kitchens, one bathroom where there should be two, and bedroom closets sized for 1925 wardrobes.
Remodeling here is about fitting custom work to a house with character: cabinets built to odd ceiling heights and original window lines, shaker fronts and inset details that suit a bungalow, a second bathroom carved out of a hall closet, and built-in closet systems that finally give a 1920s bedroom real storage. City of St. Petersburg permits where plumbing, electrical or structure change; historic-district exterior rules do not apply to interior work. Plumbing and electrical by licensed trades.
Kitchens, bathrooms and closets from Tampa Bay homes. Every photo is our work — no stock images, no subcontracted crews.
One job at a time, the owner on site, and a fixed number before we start. Same process in St. Petersburg as in Tampa.
Tell us the room, the rough idea and your timeline. You talk to Iosbert, the owner — not a call center.
We come to your house (about 40–45 minutes from our shop), measure, look at what is behind the walls and give you a real number — not a range off a website.
Cabinet layout, tile, countertops, fixtures. You approve every selection before anything is ordered.
Our own crew, one job at a time, plumbing and electrical by licensed trades. We leave the house clean and walk every detail with you.
Both. St. Petersburg, Kenwood, Old Northeast, Snell Isle, Shore Acres, Gulfport and Pinellas Park are 40–45 minutes from our shop across the Howard Frankland or Gandy. We schedule St. Pete jobs to be on site every morning. No travel fee.
Yes — it is some of our favorite work. Historic-district rules in St. Petersburg cover exteriors; interior kitchens, baths and closets are not restricted. We build cabinetry to the house's proportions rather than forcing standard boxes into a 1920s room.
Often yes, using a hall closet, part of a large bedroom or an enclosed porch. Plumbing runs are the deciding factor in a slab or pier house; we look at that during the free estimate and give you a straight answer before you spend anything.
The City of St. Petersburg. Cosmetic work (cabinets, counters, tile, closets) needs none. Plumbing, electrical and structural changes do, and the licensed plumber and electrician we bring in pull their own.
